Owners of large aggressive dog at 706 n Washington st are letting dog run off leash in the neighborhood. There are multiple small children in the area and I am concerned for their safety.
Not sure who is responsible for ally upkeep, but there's a pothole in the ally that is used to access the parking lot of 809 s Henderson.

In 4th Street Garage, first stair up from 2nd floor (NW corner) is dangerously weakened. Photo shows underside with supporting metal structure fully cracked along middle of one edge.
Again, on limestone parks and Rec garage. Garage doors were re-tagged, and limestone sides still have older black tagging on them
I suspect the rental house at 706 N Washington St is over occupied. There appear to be around 8 students in the house.
