We have had an on and off influx of horrible sewage smells on the south side of Bloomington for several months. It’s not just one house or a neighborhood. The smell is pungent from the corner of Old State road 37 south and E. Roher road continuing west to Roger and south to Clear Creek. Ever since construction started on west Gordon pike. It’s nauseating, has consistently awoken me from sleep, and is down right unpleasant. What if anything is being done? Street parking is legal in front of my home but it is not well marked. Traffic regularly stops behind my parked vehicle and honks because they believe there is someone in the drivers seat. We need painted parking spots that identify the lawful parking.

There is a dead squirrel on the sidewalk in front of 107 E. Vermilya Drive. It’s on the west side of the driveway on the grass strip between the sidewalk and street near the base of the tree. Thanks

Large pot hole in alley next to 414 S Henderson street. It is the alley that runs North to South. I have pictures of other potholes in the area as well that I couldn't attach. Please contact me for additional photos.

Homeowner at 1251 W Countryside Ln contacted CBU Eng Dept on 5/9/19 @ 1:35pm regarding a drainage concern. Drainage ditch running between his home and the neighboring home to the West is holding water. He is concerned for public safety with mosquitos and such since the water is holding for long periods of time. He would like an Engineer to contact him and meet him on site to see what can be done to correct the problem. Tonia advised the homeowner that the Engineer was not back in the office until 5/13/19. He stated that he understood and that he did not have any immediate concerns about waiting until next week.
