There is trash at this address that has been there well over a month. The city will not pick it up, because it overflows the trash containers and is outside the containers. I live by this priory and am sick of it. We have rats around here.
The street signs (i.e. S Henderson St and E 1st) are missing at this intersection.

Caller to HAND reporting unsafe conditions & activity taking place in vacant house and shed that have been ongoing for at least two years. In addition to overgrown grass, that a Compliance Officer has been addressing/issuing citations for, there are people accessing the abandoned shed & vehicle leaving needles in the yard. She is concerned for the neighborhood children, her own safety when trying to run people off and the effect the problem is having on the adjacent properties. Provided info on how to file a uReport & upload pictures.
Underneath the railroad viaduct, there is a substantial amount of one-inch gravel strewn across the bicycle lane.
Rain has washed piles of sand and gravel into the bicycle lane on N. College Ave. from Old State Route 37 to 11th Street. This creates a sliding hazard for bicyclists in close proximity to high-speed motor vehicles.
