i live in the barclay square apartment complex. Every day when I pull out of my apartment complex cars speed past along S Walnut Street Pike. This is a residential area with children waiting outside for their buses, as well as some folks walking their dogs. I believe that if there was a stop sign along S Walnut Street Pike it would minimize the risks of motor vehicle accidents or putting pedestrians in danger.
Every day after trash and recycling pick-up, there are pieces of trash and recycling all over the road, sidewalk, and yard.

Sewage backup in to home last WED. In process of filing Tort claim with the City for damages. Other neighbors report same issues in the past. Plumbers cannot find issue in home that would’ve caused sewage backup into home.
There is a stop sign that was previously here and is now missing.
For over a year, both the owner and tenant of this location have made repeated offenses against city code - including dumping yard waste in the ally, not picking up trash in yard and on sidewalk, having multiple broken down cars parked (for over a year) on property without attempts to repair/remove them. Owners are constantly parking on sidewalk for days at a time. Tenants have aggressive dog that has jumped the fence and attacked people. Blue car in front of house (with flat tires) hasn't moved in over a year, and does not run. Blue SUV doesn't run, and hasnt moved in months. Trash and recycle bin are constantly over flowing and spilling trash. Bins are never removed from sidewalk. Witnesses have caught tenants throwing trash into neighbors yard.
On the last yard waste collection day, my plastic can was knowcked over but not emptied. Can I take it to you to empty. i have some yard waste I need picked up in the next run and no room in the can. Thanks
Large dangerous and damaging pothole in the westbound Lane in front of Big Red Liquors on West 2nd Street near Walker Street
The alley leading to 809 coming from 1st street- getting heavily covered in tree branches and the pot holes have gotten larger
The alley running along 609 Henderson in between Fess Ave & Henderson, pot holes throughout alley gotten bad again with increased rain
