Residents @ 526 N. Lincoln dumped trash in above dumpster. Two witnesses, residents moved out over the weekend and dumped lots of trash in dumpster and alley.

BASEMENT FLOODING AT BLAST OFF BALLOONS. PAMELA STATED THAT INLETS ARE CLOGGED. RODNEY FROM STREETS STATED THAT THE INLETS ARE CLEAN AND THAT THEY WERE SURCHARGING.
BOB SHAW'S HOOSIER COURTS PROJECT - SIDE DITCH FILLED IN WITH GRAVEL RAIN HAS WASHED IT OUT.
Weeds and gras not cut all year in back yard.
Took down street treet and didn't put them back.
Eleventh and Summit weeds and grass.
THERE IS A DEVELOPEMENT BEING BUILT NORTH OF HIS BUSINESS-AFTER A RAIN HIS PARKING LOT IS FULL OF MUD AND DEBRIS ...PSI TOOK FENCE DOWN OVER THE WEEKEND TO DO WORK AND DID NOT PUT BACK UP. BOB SHAW CALLED IT IS HIS PROJECT. HE WAS GOING TO TALK TO THEM AT MARATHON OIL
