Car is parked on the wrong side of the street on South Maple Street at the intersection of West Second and South Maple. This is causing congestion for turning vehicles.

The grate cover of a drain in a parking lot here had fallen into the drain. The drain is located inside an HOA called Madison Park. We got the cover out and reinstalled it, but it is bent and needs to be replaced. Would this be a City responsibility or the responsibility of the HOA? Thank you for your help!

Used drug needles have been thrown in my yard. How do I dispose of these and is there any city government agency that cleans this up. They are located on the Woodlawn side of the property.
