Your incident report form requires the DOB of the property owner or complainant, but since there is no option to hand type the date, I would have to click back in the calendar hundreds of times from the current date to reach my DOB. No thanks!
The main webpage for the uReport system starts with "Report a issue". It should say, "Report *an* issue."

I don't thing anybody in the city is doing their job maintaining the broken street lights and torn up roads. You all realize these heavy buses destroy the roads, right? You all hiring or just reading ureports and getting your kicks in? Writing parking tickets just to pay the ticket writers wages and then misappropriating the rest of the funds. I created ticket 186158 and got an email from Billi Bowlen with a question. But, I don’t know how to reply to the email as it was sent from uReport and return email is no-reply@bloomington.in.gov (uReport)
Each time I enter 219 E. 8th St. to find the trash/recycle day, that address is not recognized!
