Greetings, there is a small piece of land owned by the city directly next to 202 E Ridgeview Dr. It has not been maintained in a very long time. The grass is very over grown, a large tree is dead and has large falling limbs and it is the perfect hiding place for rodents and other pests.
Sidewalk is cracked and uneven, also there is some slippery gravel on the sidewalk. Grating over drainage is missing as well.
There are two deep potholes on the downhill entrance to Cascades Park. Lots of bicycles go down this hill at a high rate of speed. This is a very bad place for two deep potholes. Since they could cause a serious accident they should be taken care of as soon as possible. Huge pothole....busted the rim and wheel on my car....very sad....
Washington S of 8th: Hole on centerline has been patched, but it has sunk & there is a depression (likely from a collapsed sewer lateral) to the northeast.
