Caller put $4 worth of quarters in meter #7116, on 4th St. across from Rainbow Bakery. Toyota Avalon is parked there. None of the coins registered in the meter, and caller does not want to get a parking ticket during her 3-hour meeting.

There is an abandoned Red Honda Accord on the corner of E Vermilya Ave and S Walnut St. It has been there for atleast a month with out being moved-- there are weeds growing up around it so I has probably been much longer. You can even find it parked in the exact same location if you go to the street view on google maps it is parked on the curb between 100 and 103 E vermilya Avenue! Needless to say it has been there for a long time. Attached is a picture of the back of the vehicle with make/model, liscense plate number. Every day this week one or more of the alleyways leading to our property (and our designated parking spot) has been blocked by a variety of vehicles, sometimes unloading materials, but more often simply parked in the alleyway for hours at a time. There is ample space to park on the street, and designated parking spots off the street for all the properties on the block, yet numerous people have decided to use the alleyway as parking instead. Today, it's a pickup truck and livestock trailer. GMC Sierra with Indiana plates: AAG248.
The green OK button on this meter is unresponsive, which means you cannot proceed with debit or credit purchases.
Noticed vehicle parked in front of my car which had the last metered spot around 10-11 am after I arrived for work and it was still there when I left after 4, it was also very close to mine which left very little room to get out as well.

I don't know whether this is the right place to report this violation. I recently noticed on IU classifieds that some people are trying to buy/sell parking permits which is not allowed according to my knowledge. This is for kind considerations of the appropriate authorities. Please see the attached photo too.
