ELEANOR BARKLEY CALLED ON 4/18/97. SHE WANTED TO COMPLAINED ABOUT CONSTRUCTION WORK DONE IN THE VICINTY OF HER APTS. AT 2ND & ADAMS. APPARENTLY, A WATER LINE WAS CUT BY THE CREW DOING THE WORK ON 4/15/97. THIS CAUSED MUD BUILDUP IN THE LINES IN HER APTS. MS. BARKLEY HAD TO PAY OUT A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO CLEAN UP THE MESS AND MAKE THE APTS. LIVABLE FOR HER TENANTS. MS. BARKLEY FEELS THAT SHE SHOULD BE REIMBURSED FOR HER EXPENDITURES. SHE DOES NOT KNOW IF CREW WAS COB, CBU, OR PRIVATE.

Trash is still a problem at 517 & 519 N. Fess. They continue to leave their trash containers on the sidewalk all the time. Also the properties located at 415 & 421 N. Park have trash which has not been picked up, and has been there for days. Ms. Butler has called and complained about the trash days ago.
The resident puts the trash out on the wrong day and lets it sit all week. Please confirm and if accurate, inform the resident as to the proper procedure.

Mrs. Taylor stated that the rain water drains across the road and floods the properties around 700-716 E hillside. The problem started after road work was finished.
