I saw people at Bryan Park yesterday with lawn chairs. They had open cans (unidentifiable as to whether it was alcohol or not) and were smoking right next tot he kids play area (where the crocodile? bench was). I was wondering if people were allowed to smoke in the park and whether people are allowed to consume alcohol at the park. If they are not allowed to, how can I report this problem in a timely manner? Thank you.
So are front yard beer pong giant parties allowed with the executive order? Ridiculous. Just west of campus on North side of 10th. Please tell me cops can tell these idiots to stop.
813 Plymouth if you can request hedge trim please. You rock!
Will the Mayor be sending out a notice as to what is happening with the executive order? It's in effect tonight! Many municipal employees even have not heard still, let alone the public. Thank you!
At Leonard Springs nature park someone has spray painted “F*** Capitalism” on the side of the old concrete damn wall. It looks relatively fresh.

Roto-rooter has left a dangerous trench angled across a much used bike lane in front of 809 S Lincoln. Now (Coronavirus healthcare shortage) is not the time for new, avoidable injuries, and more people are riding this bike lane as their getting-exercise-during-emergency route.
There is a potential water leak from the meter to the residence water main. This was reported earlier case# 171990 and status changed to resolved but the problem still exists. Please notify me of resolution findings at mttraas@yahoo.com or text 812-369-3051. Thank you. Mark T Traas
