As you are heading east / southeast on Fountain Drive, at the intersection with N. Adams Street, when you look north on Adams to check for traffic, there is a lot of tree foliage impeding the view. It is very difficult to see traffic until you are pretty far into the Adams street intersection.

The alley behind Beechwood 1 and 2 apartments on 2nd St are getting washed out and some of the holes are getting almost too bad to drive on. This is the alley between Grant St and Lincoln St. Thanks!
Excessive Growth
1001 W 11th ST
- Case Date:

The overgrowth at 913 W. 11th St is obscuring the view for drivers turning from Orris Dr to W. 11th Street t the point where a driver has to pull the nose of his/her car all the way out onto 11th St to see if the way is clear. Obviously, this could cause accidents with other cars, school busses going to/from Tri-North, or pedestrians crossing on the sidewalk.

When trying to make a turn from Orris Dr onto W. 11th St, the excessive growth from this home obscures the view enough to where a driver has to stick the nose of his/her car all the way out on 11th to be able to see if the way is clear. Obviously, this is dangerous. It could cause an accident with cars, schools busses running to and from Tri-North, or any pedestrian walking down the sidewalk - which, in and of itself, is obscured.

Hi, W 3rd just before Roselawn cemetary, there is an alley that leads to 4th St. It would be great to have a sign that faces W with a bike on it pointing toward 4th St. It would help bicyclists coming from Patterson addition and the soon-to-be affordable project at Walker, cycle on 4th St to town and IU rather than going the wrong way on 3rd Street. Thanks for this ureport.

The hand dryers in Twin Lakes bathrooms sound like a jet plane taking off. As the worst case of noise pollution I’ve ever heard, why have they not been replaced? See https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2019/05/13/is-noise-pollution-the-next-big-public-health-crisis

Hi there, I sent a request for info last year regarding the parking/tree-plots on 13th St. between Maple and Jackson (uReport case number #163321).
Just wanted to let you know that a truck and crew just came by, and poured and smoothed out a small amount of asphalt, in what I was told was an original tree plot, across the street from my house... Again, as stated in my earlier request, I would love to have the tree-plots back, which would actually help slow the traffic down on 13th Street between Maple and Rogers.... or if not, then maintained shoulders for parking, but the response was that they were just tree plots, and that we could get ticketed if we parked on them.
The problem is, they are currently all gravel/mud pits and everyone parks on them... except now we have a 9' stretch of asphalt on this one area only?
Not sure what's going on here. Are they tree plots? Are they parking? Are they all going to get paved? Are we going to be ticketed if we park on them, even if we park on the parts that are freshly paved? Can they instead be turned back into tree plots like they have on 12th Street?
Thanks for any information you might have!
