On the terms and conditions set forth in this chapter, the city recognizes the Fraternal Order of Police as the exclusive collective bargaining representative of the city's police employees in the bargaining unit described in Section 2.32.020. The Fraternal Order of Police shall select a committee not to exceed five for purposes of carrying out this chapter. (Ord 83-6 §§ 1 (part), 9 (part), 1983; Ord. 78-30 § 1 (part), 1978).
