The fees charged for providing inspection and copying of electronic databases are set forth in the
Schedule of Electronic Data Fees (Schedule), which are incorporated by reference into this code. Pursuant to Indiana Code 36-1-5-4 two copies of the Schedule are filed in the Office of the City Clerk and are available for public inspection. (Ord. 01-10 § 1 (part), 2001).
