Chapter 2.21 DEPARTMENT OF LAW
2.21.100 Establishment—Division of Risk Management.
There is hereby created a Division of Risk Management which shall be
responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive safety/loss prevention
program, self-administration of the workers’ compensation program, and
processing and review of all City insurance-related matters. (Ord. 89-33
§ 2 (part), 1989).
