The housing and neighborhood development shall be administered by the director of redevelopment who is appointed by the mayor, with the approval of the redevelopment commission, and who shall serve at the pleasure of the mayor. (Ord. 97-06 §§ 10 (part), 12, 1997; Ord. 83-6 § 2 (part), 1983).
