There is hereby created the Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals to review determinations made by the Plan Department, and Engineering Department to hear and determine requests for special exceptions and variances. (Ord. 90-20 § 6, 1990; Ord. 83-57 § 1 (part), 1983).
