Chapter 2.04 COMMON COUNCIL
2.04.440 Motion to table.
A motion to lay a question under consideration on the table shall take
precedence over all amendments or debate of the question. Any matter laid on the
table may be taken up by a vote of the council at any meeting after the meeting
at which it is tabled. The motion to table may not be debated. (Ord. 79-97
§ 2 (part), 1979).
